Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including your shipping details and tracking information (if available).
Please note that processing times are separate from shipping times.

Standard Shipping
Estimated delivery time: 7–12 business days
Premium Shipping
Delivery time varies depending on destination (faster than Standard Shipping).
Delivery times are estimates and begin once the order has been shipped. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, customs processing (if applicable), weather conditions, or high-demand periods.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by:
– Shipping carriers
– Customs clearance procedures
– Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
– Weather conditions or natural events
– Holiday peak seasons
If your package is delayed, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. BYSCOHY is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please:
– Check with neighbors or your local post office
– Contact the shipping carrier directly
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS
All BYSCOHY pieces are produced in limited quantities prior to release. Because of this, we are unable to offer refunds.
If something isn’t quite right with your order, please reach out to us at byscohy@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving it. We genuinely care about your experience and will carefully review your request to find the best possible solution.
Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Any approved return must be sent prepaid through an insured courier service (UPS, FedEx, or DHL Express).
