FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

PRODUCT
How does the jacket fit?

The jacket runs true to size. It’s a size S, designed with a relaxed fit through the shoulders and sleeves, and a more tailored, fitted shape at the waist for a flattering silhouette.

Is the jacket true to size?

Yes, the jacket fits true to size and corresponds to a standard size S. It’s designed to maintain a comfortable fit through the shoulders and sleeves, while gently contouring at the waist for a more defined shape. If you typically wear a size S, this should fit as expected.

What materials is it made from?

The outer fabric is a blend of 70% cashmere and 30% wool. The cashmere makes it soft and smooth to the touch, while the wool adds structure so it holds its shape nicely. The inside is lined with spandex satin, which feels sleek and comfortable against the skin and makes it easy to slip on and off.

Are all pieces identical?

Because each jacket is handmade, there may be slight variations from one piece to another. That said, every jacket is developed using the same pattern and construction process, so the differences are minimal and barely noticeable.

Will the fabric pill?

The outer fabric is made from a cashmere and wool blend, both of which are natural fibers. Like all high-quality natural materials, they require proper care. We strongly recommend gentle hand washing and careful handling to maintain the fabric’s finish and extend the life of the garment.

With correct care, pilling should not occur. If pilling does appear, it is typically the result of friction, improper washing, or general wear without following the recommended care instructions. Taking a little extra care will keep the jacket looking refined for years.

SIZE & FIT
What size is the jacket available in?

At the moment, the jacket is available in size S only. As a new brand, we’re starting with one size while we build and refine our production.

If everything goes as planned, we hope to expand our size range in the near future. We truly appreciate the support as we grow.

Will the size S fit me?

If you usually wear a size XS or S, this jacket should fit you well. The cut is true to size, with a slightly relaxed fit through the shoulders and sleeves and a more defined waist.

If you’re unsure, we recommend comparing the fit to a jacket you already own in a similar style to get a better sense of how it will sit on your body.

Where can I find the exact measurements?

You can find the detailed measurements in the product description on the product page. We’ve listed them there so you can review the specific dimensions and compare them to a piece you already own for reference.

Can I get personalised sizing advice?

If you’re unsure whether the jacket will fit you, we recommend measuring a jacket you already own and comparing its overall dimensions (in cm) to the measurements listed in our product description.

If the measurements are generally close, the fit should be similar. Taking a few minutes to compare numbers can give you a much clearer idea than relying on size labels alone.

CARE
How should I care for my jacket?

Because the jacket is made from a cashmere and wool blend, we recommend gentle hand washing to preserve the quality of the fabric. Use cold water and a mild detergent suitable for wool or cashmere. Avoid twisting or wringing the garment, instead, gently press out excess water and lay it flat to dry on a clean towel, reshaping it while damp.

Do not tumble dry, and avoid high heat, as this can damage the natural fibers. With proper care and minimal friction, the fabric will maintain its softness and structure over time.

Can I wash it at home?

Yes, you can wash it at home, as long as it’s done gently. Because the jacket is made from a cashmere and wool blend, we recommend hand washing in cold water with a mild detergent specifically designed for wool or delicate fabrics.

Avoid machine washing, even on delicate cycles, as agitation and heat can damage natural fibers. When washing, let the jacket soak briefly, then gently move it through the water without rubbing or twisting. To remove excess water, press it carefully between towels rather than wringing it out.

Lay it flat to dry and reshape it while it’s still damp. Taking these small precautions will help maintain the softness, shape, and overall quality of the jacket over time.

BRAND
Why do you produce in limited quantities?

We currently produce in small quantities because we are a growing brand and want to focus on quality above everything else. Working in limited runs allows us to carefully oversee each piece, refine our process, and make sure every jacket meets our standards before it reaches you.

Producing this way also helps us avoid overproduction and unnecessary waste. As the brand grows and our production capacity expands, we hope to offer more pieces and sizes, but without compromising on quality.

What determines the price of the jacket?

The price reflects the materials, the construction, and the way the jacket is produced. The outer fabric is a 70% cashmere and 30% wool blend, both high-quality natural fibers that are significantly more expensive than synthetic alternatives. We chose this fabric intentionally for its feel, structure, and longevity.

Each jacket is also made by hand in limited quantities. Small production runs mean we can focus on quality and detail, but they don’t benefit from the cost reductions of mass manufacturing.

In simple terms, you’re paying for the fabric, the craftsmanship, and the fact that the piece isn’t mass-produced. We aim to price it honestly based on what it costs to create it properly, not artificially lower it at the expense of quality.
